Yes. Makes no sense to have a ministry for just one kind of transport. Same rule apply for Petroleum. There should we be one ministry of Energy (hydro, carbon, solar)

I think it is a very good decision. She has a different way of thinking and also she has the issue of an idiot daughter as she is a patwaran (she supports PMLn) so she could create troubles for her down the road.

Overall a good selection for federal top position. And a politician, even Imran Khan, has to do give and take and hence MQM's K.M Siddiqui has been accommodated as I.T minister. He's not a bad choice for any role--he's not feudal and is highly intelligent, pragmatic and educated. Sh. Rashid, with only one seat to contribute, has been given the very important railway minister; it's an important ministry: Study the history of America, Canada, and Russia and you will see how long range train travel transformed these nations.
The Interior Minister MUST be a tough, clean guy like Ch. Nisar--perhaps THE most important ministry after the PM job itself.

Technically yes... she is good and she is competent. But she has this baggage of her daughter and also some personality issues. It is the decision of consensus because PTI is a democratic party. If I was to select, I will still make her the MoD...so I'm sticking to my line.... you don't have acumen to understand the difference between my opinion and the party decision. Can you see the difference?

PTI criticized PML-N for the past 5 years for not having a foreign minister but now it decided not to have interior minister? The cabinet is very ordinary and one you would expect from PPP & PML-N. Belies the change mantra and shows serious competition within PTI. Not good for the future of the party or Pakistan. Imran Khan will be crippled by the power hungry senior PTI leaders around him.
