NA-122 Report, 93000 unverifiable votes discovered - NADRA

The National Database and Registration Authority (Nadra) submitted a detailed report to the election tribunal on Saturday regarding alleged rigging and malpractice in the NA-122 general elections in Lahore in 2013. The report mentions that there were 136,000 unverified votes in the constituency.

The Nadra report further said 6,123 votes were cast using invalid Computerised National Identity Cards (CNICs) whereas 370 votes did not have CNICs mentioned.

The report also says that 570 people who voted in NA-122 were not registered there. Furthermore, 1715 votes did not have finger prints on counter-foils and 93,582 votes did not have verified thumb impressions on counter foils.

The report also says that in the constituency, 73,478 votes are verified.

After the report was submitted, the election tribunal adjourned the hearing and Judge Qazim Ali Malik has summoned Nadra's DG Syed Muzaffar Ali on May 16 to record his statements before the tribunal in court in order to confirm the report.

yes. this be-gerati is happening since many decades but all was ok.

most probably, they will punish the parliament that voted against or failed to rent troops to Saudi on yemen.

y did the election staff had to carry out so many procedures and finger prints on all types of forms...now that its turning out that nothing can be verified ...this is an absolute waste of a process and what a farce this 2013 election is turning out to be ...

well said. this might be another game. game after the game. they have to tell something to the people or simply the court will nullify and ask for re-election. anything.
