Myanmar's Rohingya insurgency has links to Saudi Arabia, Pakistan: report

Rohingya plight is indeed deplorable, similar to the plight of millions of displaced Muslims who have become stateless refugees from Afghanistan, North Africa, Middle East. The Rohingya plight has been ignored for far too long and it's repercussions is being felt by its neighboring states of Bangladesh and India.

But the worst thing the Rohingya struggle could have done is get associated with Pakistan because it immediately creates a negative impact and associates a struggle with Islamic extremism or terrorism. Terrorism does not win wars nor does it create legitimacy or give meaning to a struggle.

The non Muslim world is fed up with violence associated with Muslims, One of the last successful Muslim armed struggle was the Bosnian struggle which was supported by the non Muslim West and was successful. But the latest series of violence and blood letting followed by terrorist attacks by people from the Muslim background just make people think that it's the Muslims who are the trouble makers.

There is hardly a non Muslim country in the world (except a selfish commie country - they do it to get back at their non muslim adversaries and misuse the militant groups while they themselves torture their own Muslim population) that would support a Muslim struggle because the repercussions will ultimately harm non Muslim countries.

The Muslim refugee crisis in Europe has broken the back of the EU, solely because Muslims from all over started piggy backing on genuine refugees and the refugees aren't really giving a good account of themselves to their host countries.

The rohingya struggle will get flushed down the drain because it's now associated with two infamous countries that are directly being linked to terrorism all around the world.

Ideally, The rohingya could have pursued their legitimate struggle similar to what Gandhi, Mandela or Martin Luther King did...such struggle takes decades and even centuries. But the world soon will sit up and would have noticed and take action.

But when it gets associated with the Pakistani, Saudi brand of terrorism - I doubt this will end well for the poor rohingya.

You do know Mandela was once part of armed struggle? In fact, Nelson Mandela was the head of UmKhonto we Sizwe, (MK), the militant wing of the ANC and South African Communist Party. As for Gandhi, he too was declared a terrorist (Source). And while Gandhi may no have resorted to violence, there were plenty of other agitators in British India. At the end of the day, you choose to see things from your own perspective.

That's insightful, Mandela, Martin or Gandhi are known for their struggle because they chose protest and not violence as a route.

Absolute rubbish. Though to be honest we should get involved, since BD and other countries with ability to help haven't done anything. Mass murder of these people has become policy there. Ongoing genocide just like Kashmir

Then Burmese army will be our LTTE

This is a point to notice.

Pakistan should urge Myanmar to control these atrocities because their LEAs and Military is doing nothing to protect Muslims.
Please do some collective effort to stop the sale of JF-17 to mayanmar,:astagh:
money is not important than innocent lives of muslims.

DNA evidence shows that Gavrillo Princip was actually Gohar Bhatti from Rahim Yar Khan district of Southern Pakistan. He shot Franz Ferdinand because of Islamic Blasphemy Laws and believed in an extreme form of Moslem Sharia.

It has also been proven that Vladimir Illych and Josef Stalin, leaders of Russia's Communist Party, were in fact Walliullah Ilyas and Yusuf Sohail from the troubled neighborhoods of Karachi, Pakistan's largest metropolitan city plagued by crime and violence.

Furthermore, evidence suggests that they all used spy pigeons trained by Pakistan's notorious ISI intelligence agency to aid in their nefarious plots.

Experts believe that the ISI planned all this and then used a time distortion device based on Chinese flux-capacitor technology to implement their evil plans.

They said newly declassified CIA documents reveal that Josef Stalin (real name: Yousef Sohail) is in fact a typical Pakistani uncle who goes to weddings, fills up his plate with excessive food but only takes 2 bites and wastes the rest of it.

Nothing to do with Pakistan, it is a Bangladesh problem and in their backyard.

Exactly, the legitimate struggle will soon be hijacked by mullahs and it will become jihad turning to terrorism which will infact increase the plight of victims. Rohingyas should stay away from these self serving terrorists who will use the reason for indulging in unwanted mindless violence.

In fact, Nelson Mandela was the head of UmKhonto we Sizwe, (MK), the militant wing of the ANC and South African Communist Party.
Mandela abandoned violence thats the reason he got legitimacy and support. If he had continued the same path SA would not have been free.

Wish Muslims in Burma luck, they need it. There will be no Muslims left in Burma after 10 years.

Burmese are smart people.

How I wish the Mughals would have converted all Hindus by the sword.. world would be a better place right now.

No. Was just going along with @PAKISTANFOREVER 's satirical joke.

I was hoping that would be obvious.

Don't believe him bro. It has been proven by independent sources that Adolf Hitler was Pakistani by origin and that the 3rd reich was orchestrated from Daadayal village in Mirpur district. As was the collapse of the Austrian-Hungarian Royal family, the Habsburgs.

Not true at all. When the white supremacists realised that the black guerrilla groups were well armed, organised and powerful and that resistance to change was futile then they came to the negotiating table.
