Maybe ur provider is using IPs which can be overwritten to someone else and therefore someone got banned who once had ur IP.

well i am getting the same problem since yesterday, but after an hr or so the website starts working fine, in the morning i was getting the same msg and now its working. Well my IP addresses are fixed as far as my office and home PC are involved.
I guess its something with the website may be. I had send many msgs to the admins, but no reply and no explanation.

I am PTCL Broadband

& as far i know .. Every user have its own IP ...


i still have problem in home

No, PTCL gives shared ip so as soon as you disconnect someone else get's the ip.In any case if you face this problem turn off your modem for a minute and then turn it on and it should fix the problem.Mods have banned some ip ranges therefore users on PTCL are affected.PTCL does not GIVE dedicated ip.I suggest mods to unban those ips as it will affect a lot of pakistani users.
