Muslims are 9.6% in Sri Lanka. They are 12% in India. Not much of a difference.

it failed miserably in Pakistan too and have no job except organizing Hajj, few reports and seminars., we are good without it, Christians and Hindus can take other technical ministries where they have to work hard. i am more for proportional representation in parliament and Govt jobs then any ministry.
