Muslims Are For Sharia

Yes it would be modern Islamic welfare state with Shariah as the law of Pakistan. No power on earth can separate Islam from state affairs and not going to happen in Pakistan.

Than why Pakistanis dont vote for religious parties

sometimes i am wondered why not many politician in contemporary Islamic world can uphold their moral and integrity many had a low bar standard when compared to their peer from Far East and Western Countries, much is being hypocrites. The case is just one of the many of good examples provided by western politician.

Australian minister resigns over Hong Kong bar incident

Sydney (ANTARA News/AFP) - An Australian government minister resigned Tuesday after admitting to an "error of professional judgement" while at a Hong Kong bar with a female public servant.

Jamie Briggs was forced to stand down as Minister for Cities and Built Environment after the woman raised questions about his behaviour during the late-night outing.

Briggs would not elaborate on what occurred at the crowded bar after a dinner with his chief-of-staff and the woman, saying only that nothing illegal had been alleged or had occurred.

"At no point was it my intention to act inappropriately. This was an error of professional judgement," he said.

The Adelaide Advertiser said it understood the woman had been told by Briggs that she had "piercing eyes", and that he put his arm around her and later kissed her on the cheek as they left.

Briggs said he believed the evening was an "informal" occasion but admitted that, on reflection, he had not met the high standards of a minister.

The 38-year-old representative from South Australia prompted news stories in September when he injured his knee during a raucous farewell party for then prime minister Tony Abbott.

"We were mucking around, put it that way," he told the Australian Broadcasting Corporation at the time.

Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull, who ousted Abbott in a leadership coup, said Briggs conduct "fell short" of the standard required.

"After being invited to reflect on his position, he offered his resignation which I have accepted," Turnbull said in a statement, adding that Environment Minister Greg Hunt would assume Briggs responsibilities.

Turnbull also revealed that another minister, Mal Brough, would stand aside as Special Minister of State and for Defence Materiel and Science pending a police inquiry.

Brough offered his resignation amid an investigation into his role in the downfall of the former speaker of parliament. He denies any wrongdoing.

Both Briggs and Brough will remain in parliament, but the loss of their portfolios paves the way for a ministerial reshuffle.(*)

It is up to the Muslims in each country where they are in a majority to determine how they wish to be governed. They will bear the consequences-
I know. That's democracy -
No, sirs, that's not democracy. That's majoritarianism. Majoritarianism throws individual human rights out the window in favor of mob rights. Since anyone or any sub-group can be labelled as a "minority" (perhaps because they break their eggs at the small end instead of the big one?) and oppressed and exterminated by the "majority", Majoritarianism almost always assures tyranny. Pakistan pretty much threw away democracy and adopted majoritarianism when its legislature passed the Objectives Resolution.

If they want Sharia, let'em have it, I say. With both barrels. They will learn quickly. :D

So you're encouraging the adoption of sharia because you hate Islam and Muslims?

I am a Muslim, and I love Muslims (and your statement above is disingenuous, I expected better from you). I also respect their right to have whatever system they want in their own countries. If they want Sharia, they should have it. They will soon find out what the reality of that concept is for a society, good and bad.

If israel adopts Jewish religious laws tomorrow because 90% israeli Jews desire so, who is anyone else to suggest otherwise? Same applies here as well.

What was the smile for, then?

And isn't there a contradiction in what you're saying? Because once a country adopts sharia in a free vote, it cannot abandon sharia the same way, yes?

How nice? So the US has a history of crimes and crimes. But Pakistan has been under the Pak Military's "caliphat" where the peace, tolerance and human growth were so much that Pakistan's GDP passes the entire globe's GDP and competes with the Heaven's GDP up and above  !!

You should also pray to God that you may see things more "clearly" and comprehend reality better. You have a VERY color blind view of the world. Like your statement above, the US has crimes and crimes. And Pakistan, Iraq, Syria, Libya, are heavens on earth. So peaceful and growing that heaven is second to them. Really? To have a decent argument, both parties should have some grasp of reality. You are like a Martian sitting on Mars, talking about the planet Earth!!

Pakistan will become a modern state, with separation of Church and State so every citizen living in Pakistan (irrespective of their religion) has rights, peace and stability. And ALL religious nut jobs can go live in Afghanistan and you should consider that too :enjoy:. Just saying.

So typical of a noon supporter we did a sin but their sin is bigger so our sins should be forgiven

Why should reversibility be a requirement for trying out Sharia? After all, it is claimed to be such a perfect system that, once achieved, will assure utopia for all.
