Why havent' we heard any other case or a court ruling on her being stoned to death? I have lived in KSA for 10 years and I have never come across a "Stoned to death" execution

Yes there are executions with cutting of the heads, but not stoning.

Maybe you had not noticed it, but we cannot deny that the law and jurisdiction is in the hands of saudi authorities. One of my (non muslim) friends had to wear burka in fear of their so-called religious police.

I will agree that muslims get bad press, but they make it waaay too easy. If I was a leader in a muslim nation, I would plow money into education, it would cure many of the region's ills.

Education wouldn't cure it if the "root" is not cured. Remember, 9/11 hijackers were also highly educated. one way is to follow what Ataturk did - ban all form of religious extremism at once by legislation.

Even more important than that is banning tribalism. Without tribalism there won't be any secterianism either.

Look at Iranians and Turks, none of us know what "tribe" we belong to and this gives us one less reason to hate each other. This wasn't the case a century ago. I look at Afghans today and in their correspondence with each other they usually bring up their tribe and ask about each other's tribe. Their relationships, of all kind, are somewhat based on this too.

Meanwhile the court didn't even receive even a brink of real evidence other than pieces of paper that could have been fabricated by anyone and don't even prove the existence of a bomb or even just intentions to build a bomb, not even plans for a bomb, but at furthermost just the mere potential chance that Iran (if the evidence even is right might have at one point in time bothered to study technologies, which could have been used if desired to aid to build a bomb.
And the alleged perpetrator still brushing the allegations off as lies, still remains in complete doubt.

Its funny how much the self proclaimed epitome of righteousness has lost the touch with it. Maybe they got a bit used to Guantanamo bay? A joke they of all even try to judge China about human rights abuses. The one guilty for hundred thousands of innocent deaths suffered for plain political and economical selfishness of Americans just in the last decade.

Now compare this to a coverage of a Christian man who stoned a homosexual to death in the US claiming that this is santioned in the bible. (For those who have read the Bible and the Quran, they will know that stoning is santioned for Adultery in the Bible (mainly the Old Testament aka Torah). The Quran DOES NOT mention stoning as a punishment for any crime)

stoning is either linked to extremists or "cultural": most stoning are from Azeri region in Iran : doesn't mean Azeris all are like this but very few of them
As well media don't say about stoning that can happen in another communauties because the stoning in "Islam" is a subject of discussion in many countries . But when zoroastrians do stoning too (in the kurd par of Iraq for exemple) nobody cares... and then you see which media are doing a fair work: from now i see mostly some US media newspapers

very simple ,the court document will show the truth . and they are investigating it ,if her claims are truth the sentence can be up to stoning .

and why the punishment is not fitting the crime , if truth in essence he was practically raping her for 4 month .
