riots have always happened in India. You can't just blame one side for that.
But Indian Muslims aren't trying to leave to other safe havens- they know they are safer here than theocracies.

The partition has been done in 1947 and those who choose to live in India are living here with the rights and freedom which are not even recognized in your country.
You tried to force your beliefs and culture over East Pakistan and you lost it and now you are doing the same in Baluchistan.
And believe me their are more people in India who are concerned about the Indian minorities then Pakistan can even think.

Lets also think of Muslims of Indian origin, often discriminated as Mohajirs. I think they need to be included as well and the new country's capital needs to be Karachi. It will include Mohajirs, Sindhistan and any Kahmiris and Muslims from India who wish to be part of it. I think this is a brilliant ideology and for once both countries need to support it.
