The verses are perfectly in context.He is not "suggesting" anything. He is telling you a FACT right in your face that these Koranic verses regarding dress code of Muslim women are WAY out of context regarding present day situations
Unless some Mujtahid (learned Muslim scholar) reform 9th century interpretations of these verses and make the adjustable with modern day standards, there is no hope for gullible Muslims
What more context do you want? Does it have to specify ''this applies to all women, including those of the 21st century''?O Prophet, tell your wives and your daughters and the women of the believers to bring down over themselves [part] of their outer garments. That is more suitable that they will be known and not be abused.
There is no ''reformation'' that will make nudity and obscenity allowed in Islam. Such a ''reformation'' is called 'leaving the religion'.
