What is Mubasher's problem? Why is he against CPEC?

he aint against the CPEC in many talk shows he stated that CPEC is an wonderful opportunity for pakistan.
in many talk shows he also said his only source of information is media and he could know better if he was in govt or in pakistan

the loan is about $11 billion with 2% interest rate(confirmed by ministry of planing) and $33 billion is FDI
but in a media outlet it was pronounced as $46 billion loan with 8% interest rate just to make it controversial and to increase its rating

Every country works for thir interest first.. there are no permanent friends or enemies..Pak govt sould made public about this project.. Taking lans is not big deal, it should serve your cause.. In India whenever govt planning to build Industry or project, Govt appoint some officers.. They conduct meeting in every villag, explain the road map benefits, how many local youth will get jobs etc.. then the and acquistion will be done. some may oppose...
