Combat in Africa was minimal, only in some parts of Libya and Africa. No combat in Australia. None in South America, Central America. Even combat in Russia was limited to the westernmost parts. Hardly any combat in France. None in Spain, Portugal. None in Sweden, Switzerland. Less than 0.1% of Earth's land area saw combat.
