Murder charge for Indian tycoon accused of ramming guard

No, It would depend on price of Police hierarchy of Kerala.

Muder cases are automatically VS state type.

Nope, both the police and judges can be honest.. but promise the Guard a million rupees and that is more than he could hope to earn in a lifetime and more than anything he will achieve out of a case. So sadly, this case is not about the honesty of the Judges, the Police or the law.. but about the temptations of a poor man.

But that Guard is dead and family could not withdraw case as it has become douchebag vs state case. It all depend on whether Police and Judges choose to sell themselves or not.

Used to be that way but now judges don't want to be a target of 24x7 media. No real chance of getting away. Could have got away if the chap hadn't died but very difficult now.

Media din't care when 220 kg of gold disappeard from the largest temple in Kerala.

When a man was killed in the temple and his death was deemed "accidental drowning", the media din't care then.

The national media will forget this in backward kerla in a week. The Kerala media will be brought out.

You are assuming that Police hadn't already destroyed all prosecutable evidence. This person has been given enough leeway in past that this is a possibility.

Also I think that the doctor which refused to allow police to record that Guard's last statement was on this guy's payroll.

I'm aware of all the tricks employed but I still think there is no getting away. Not in this case.

The judges arent the ones getting payed off.

Doesn't matter. Judges don't want adverse attention coming their way and possible reversal by the appellate courts.

I think its game over for him..His case is directly supervised by DIG and also enforcement and RAW is questioning him about his wealth..

Where is the evidence that Muhammed Nisham killed that man ? :azn:

There is no testimony. Maybe he died because of Medical malpractice ? ...... at worst Nisam assaulted that man. The death happened Many days later. Maybe the family wanted to kill him ?

Want to bet he will not get away ?

 ......... man you are pathetic. RAW cannot get involved in matter INSIDE India. For matters relating his wealth, only ED can. Then there are CA's who are paid to ward off the ED.

Not comparable. High profile cases get dealt with differently. This will never go away, will come back into news with any decision of the courts. It's why after the Priyadarshini Mattoo killer's conviction by the high court even when the prosecution had failed in the trial court, there is no getting away in these type of cases.

that guard succumbed to injuries , but yes i think there will be an of court settlement where the guards family will be paid some amount & i am sure they will accept it . This is how most of such cases are settled in our country , sad reality .

Why I have been careful to say he is going to jail, not that he will be convicted of murder.

The guards family is compensated by the government.. Victims family has no role in this case..its state vs the criminal.. Already a big politicians name is hearing who is trying to help this guy.. last 3-4 cases too he handsomely paid police to help him get away..now since home ministry is watching this case closely, there is some hope..

Rather sad we have to rely on Media to deliver justice, rather than the legal system.

........... no doubt the media is always fair. :coffee:

Judges still don't let go. The Italian marines case is a good example of that, a settlement was reached and the supreme Court pretty much told them to take a hike.

........... no doubt the media is always fair. :coffee:

Regardless. Some benefit of an over the top media.
