He is in detention under "Maintenance of Public Order", govt. just did this to avoid bitching of eastern drama queens who haven't provided evidences to get him convicted but always whining about he is not punished yet.

If mass murderer Modi can enjoy pm post in india then why why not Lakhvi but still he is kept in prison unlike terrorist Modi who is roaming freely .

Lakhvi is accused of Killing Indians but according to you Modi slaughtered innocents In Gujrat....but Gujrat is in India so you should not bother yourself with the internal matters of india


If lakhvi had killed Pakistanis ....i would have not problem if he becomes the PM of Pakistan

With that logic even Jinnah is a terrorist because due to his plan of creating an Islamic Pakistan millions of people lost their lives and he is the father of your nation.
