MQM trying to stop cheating culture in Karachi

One of my friend and his cousin etc etc ... I know some Jamatis who collected bhatta on the name of MQM ... MQM guys caught them and handed over the police ... This had happened in 2004 or 05 in Saddar area .................

But every sensible karachite knows what MQM is capable of. They should have a proper control on their memebers. I dont want to point out neither I support MQM nor Jamat or what ever.
