Mozammel for confiscating Jamaat’s assets

http://www.bssnews.net/?p=154914

SATKHIRA, Jan 23, 2019 (BSS) – Liberation War Affairs Minister AKM Mozammel Huq today said Jamaat-e-Islami should not only be banned organizationally, but their assets too.

“Collaborators of Pakistan should go to there. There is no room for you in Bangladesh,” he said at a view-exchange with freedom fighters (FFs) at Shilpakala Academy in the district.

Satkhira Deputy Commissioner (DC) SM Mostafa Kamal presided over the meeting while local lawmakers Dr AFM Ruhul Haque, Mir Mushtaque Ahmed Robi and SM Jaglul Hayder, Satkhira district Awami League President Monsur Ahmed and Secretary, also district council chairman, Md Nazrul Islam, Superintendent of Police Md Sajjadur Rahman and former commander of district unit of Muktijoddha Sangsad Mosharaf Hossain spoke, among others.

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina is working for the welfare of the freedom fighters, Mozammel said, adding that from now the FFs will be given Taka 10,000 in cash each for their burial.

In case any freedom fighter dies in a far away location, he or she will get Taka 40,000 in cash, he said.

The minister added: “All FFs of the country will be brought under the housing project. In the meantime, 10 per cent of poor FFs are being given Taka 15 lakh each for constructing houses”.

Turning to the upazila polls, he urged all to ensure the victory of Awami League in the upcoming upazila elections.

Earlier, Mozammel inaugurated six upazila freedom fighter complexes, including a district freedom fighter complex.
How much wealth jamat have that worth confiscating. Just attention seeker moron.

I know plenty of Bangladeshis who do not hate Pakistan.

Just that the current government is promoting a narrative that Pakistan is evil. It really is quite ridiculous.

Bro, I am telling you the truth. Bangladesh is really fundamentally a Pakistan hating nation. No body can openly say anything pro-Pakistan in Bangladesh.

Bangladeshis who are pro-Pakistan are called 'Razakars' a very derogatory term in Bangladesh. In Pakistan razakar means simply a volunteer but in Bangladesh its a very derogatory term meaning something so offensive that its similar to son of a ****. So Pakistan loving Bangladeshis do not openly show any affection for Pakistan in fear of the 'Razakar' label.

Bangladesh is fundamentally a Pakistan hating nation. The country is based on hatred for no country except Pakistan.

Liberation War of 1971 and the genocide just destroyed Pakistan-Bangladesh relationship forever.
According to BD’s ruling ideology, the best BD = the most anti-Pak/Islam/Muslims = the most pro-Hindu/India

We are neither Muslims nor Hindus - BD ruling party ex general secretary, Ashraful Islam

What has Islam given to the humanity that it has something to offer to BD? - BD ex finance minister Abdul Muhit

This hatred for Islam and Muslims will get exponentially stronger in BD....

This is the ultimate La’net upon them from the Ay-Yildiz (Hilal ve Sitara).....

BD wants to destroy the Dunya for Pak, but Pak destroys the Ahiret for BD....

I am not talking about loving or being pro Pakistan. I am just saying that there are many Bangladeshis who do not hate Pakistan (there is a difference). And your explanation supports my assertion. There are people who do not hate Pakistan, but are afraid to say it openly because of an environment of intimidation.

If you still insist that Bangladesh is a Pakistan-hating nation, then I will not dispute your assertion. But then it would be a very sad indictment of the Bangladeshi nation. Hating people (rather than actions) is self destructive behaviour. I choose to believe that Bangladeshis as a nation are better than that.

Well, offcourse there are Pakistan loving Bangladeshis. They are generally Conservative Muslims and are extremely anti-India people.

In Bangladesh Mukti Joddhas (Mukti Bahini) are the greatest heroes but in Pakistan they are considered terrorists.

Bengal history with Pakistan since the birth of East Pakistan had always been politically very critical and volatile.

1952 language movement, 1969 revolution, 1970 election, 1971 war, Pakistani genocide on Bengalis, everything just ruined everything between Pakistan and Bangladesh.
The country is forever anti-Pakistan even if some Bangladeshis seem to have affection for Pakistan for religious affinity.

If this was true every Bengali i've met would have a deep hatred for Pakistan which is not true, and Pakistans military has/had close ties with Bangladesh' Army which would be unthinkable under your reasoning.

This anti-Pakistan narrative has only really sprung up under Haseena, orchestrated by and matching her hindu supremacist neighbours own narratives

Like Adolph Hitler said, if you tell a big lie long enough, people will believe it. I would add, even you will begin to believe your own lie. It is similar to the idea of a self-fulfilling prophecy.

No one hates Pakistan man unless you're some Satro league fool lol. My Dustos from AJK have been and gone to my village. Keep your shit to yourself, I don't need to expose my real life to prove something. But your misinformation is volatile asf.

Infact they decide to converse with themin Urdu lmao (the irony for some Pak haters).

Keep poking us uninvited and you're eventually going to hear from us and you won't like the taste of it.

They (Bangla) do not know what is coming for them in the next few years. Burma is being armed to teeth cause all the instability in Burma was caused by foreign agents based in Bangladesh. The target is Chinese CPEC type project in Burma.

What does Haseena and her minions think, is Pakistan their baap ki jageer. Keep your hatred inside you we dont need any of it, we are good looking for a reason....we don't hate anyone

Bangladeshi people should abandon this practice of speaking Hindi/Urdu with Indians or Pakistanis unless he is in India or Pakistan. It is true that speaking Hindi/Urdu comes easily for many Bangladeshi due to extensive exposure to Bollywood entertainments. But speaking in a corrupt and funny dialect of Hindi/Urdu in a third country(UK or Middle East) with Hindi/Urduwallas are not a very dignified position on part of Bangladeshi people. But many little educated and low esteemed Bangladeshis are unaware about this common sense. If you are in UK, speak with them in English, if you are in the Middle East, speak with them in Arabic or English.

Your mental resolve is commendable.

Funny thing is - my Pakistani friends start speaking Bangla with me at times, but Bangla is a far tougher language.

When is BD coming out of 1971? You guys seem to be stuck in it forever.

No, Bangladeshi people are not stuck in 1971. ''Jamati go to Pakistan'' is a political rhetoric of Awami League directed to delegitimize it's political opponent BNP's tie with Jamat e Islami. As long as criminal Jamati remain in politics in Bangladesh, AL will use this rhetoric against them. Leading Bangladesh to independence is the biggest legitimacy for Awami league and will remain the biggest achievement for them. So they will use this card to it's fullest extent in politics and vilify Jamat for it's collaboration with Pak army to keep them back footed in Bangladeshi politics whether you like it or not.

My point exactly BD is stuck in 1971 forever mentaly and physically. I have noticed this first hand because i had alot of bengali friends in my university. They keep on playing the victum card even though its 2019 now.

Meeting a Pakistani is a rare occurrence for any Bangladeshi. And Pakistan is only relevant for Bangladeshi people for it's role in 1947-1971, specially 1971 war. Pakistan is the only country with whom we have a bitter past. So, whenever a Bangladeshi come across a Pakistani in foreign land, 1971 is the only thing which comes in his mind. So you can not blame them if they mention 1971 war. But that does not Bangladeshi people only think about 1971. It happens only when they are fortunate enough to meet any Pakistani.
