if someone were to get a job offer from england, should one move there? another offer may be from saudi arabia, with the saudi offer paying way more, and getting to save more.

Rioters have no money.
Majority of rich HKers go to Singapore, Canada.
Singapore is the natural choice. Chinese speaking country. It’s a great place for hiding the money.
Canada for investment, buying properties or laundering the money.
