the pipeline already got blown up once on Turkish territory and once on Georgian territory , although MTN is really good at dealing with internal threats , they obviously don't receive enough intel or manage to gather enough intel in foreign territories

I think that you are trying to justify erdogan's policies about Iraq, which cannot be justified.
Here are some facts:
Did Iran supported ISIS and AQ? Yes, they did supported these groups and their leaders even long before Syria crisis to make trouble for americans.
Did Iran supported ISIS in Syria crisis? We can say that they decided not to attack each other and only attack FSA, and Islamic front. So, they are somehow allies in Syria. The same is true for kurds and Iran in Syria.
Does it mean that they are necessarily allies in Iraq as well? Not necessarily
Even if they are allies in Iraq as well, would it justify Erdogan's policy? No
Did Iraqi army decided not to fight with ISIS? No, simply iraqi army is really useless, and they are cowards, and have no motivations. No need to look for conspiracy theories.
Did Erdogan supported Turkmens in any means? No
Would this support directly endanger turkish hostages lifes? No
Why does not Erdogan do anything now? there are multiple reasons, but most importantly he does not want to endanger hostages life before elections in august, since it may damage its votes.
