Most embarassing moment of your life?

Always happens to me,especially during the maths exam.I almost always know whole paper but always do some mistakes in calculation and end up getting 90-95 instead of a 100.

I was supposed to write a managerial comm. test, I think I went into one of the golf course exams. Still I wonder how I did on that exam even though it wasn't my course?
