@FARSOLDIER I dont know much about moroccan culture to comment about similarity but I looooove moroccan food.
It is perfect for my taste, not too bland, not too spicy.

btw I have never been to morocco but would love to. which city a traveller should definitely visit?

I can assure you that moroccan and indian food are similar . I already eat in an Indian restaurant here in France, and I find that it was very close to the Moroccan cuisine, the same spices, the same taste . Both gastronomy have diverse and varied dishes due to cultural diversity in the country. In Morocco there is Arabic and Amazigh . To explain you , Amazigh (which was not Muslims) lived long before the Arab in the Maghreb area . And when Muslim Crusades begun , the Arabs concquis the Maghreb and converts to Islam Amazigh, so since that time we live together in this region, Arabs and Amazigh, the moroccan cutlure is a mix between those two cultures .
