This rifle is more than enough for Indian Soldiers. For generations Indian Soldiers have operated with conventional rifles. All the Doctrines and Tactics of the army would be needed to change if bullpups are introduced.
I doubt that, besides, bullpop rifles are just unconventional in their layout of some parts and their design, you dont have to change doctrines because you adopt a bullpop rifle. And modernization usually includes changes of doctrines. Warfare changes like nothing else in this world, and one needs to keep up with the pace.
A member from IDF was claiming in a thread that troops refused to carry Tavors because its parts would not survive daily rigors. What good is a rifle if soldier hesitates to use it in actual combat.
People on online forums claim many things...... especially on forums like ***. Without reference, such claims are BS.
