Moonis Optimistic New Army Chief Will Be As Good As Gen Raheel
At first i thought it was Moonis .. as in world play on Noonies (as in PMLN walay)
I think not "nation" but few ones who do not know the implication and dynamics of him staying .. he was Good .. (need to wait to see if Great) .. kayani was good too but after he retire we came to know that he wasn't !!!
but more on the point ... we need strong institutions not individuals or charismatic personality !
