1 Rs per person per month will bring in access of 12 bn rupees a year around $180mn. Then comes all the fundings from Indians abroad, celebrities and industry houses.

That' because its not a news. The national defence fund isn't new, and has been around for quite some time.

i don't know if this news is true or false but for muslims once their muslim leader like prime minister or president declare a war against any invaders jihad is obligatory on every men in the country. in such case people will have to give everything they have as religious obligation.
