The best possible way for tackling with Baluchistan issue will be to emaluate what Russia did with Crimea. Sistan-Baluchistan province belong to Iran, and Iran should play a proactive role to absorb Baluchistan into their governance.

India should morally support both Iran and Baluchistani separatists to form a truce and seek reunion.
