As per TV breaking news Modi called Pak premier to offer congratulations for Ramadan.
They spoke for five minutes and apparently modi called to explain his and his ministers recent irrepressible and childish rhetoric.

As per my analysis Indian establishment is unraveled by COAS recent visits to Sri Lanka and russia especially the news from russia that they want PCEC to extend till Russian kazan province is very important strategically.

Modi is known to do these sort of things, remember when he became PM, he invited SAARC nation heads to the party. Only issue is, he does not carry forward the goodwill, its a flipflop.
