Okay I'm gonna let you in on one. I personally feel the later the MMRCA the better. We already have a healthy MKI production line and are gonna get FGFAs. But by dragging this competition along we deny the tech to Pakistan. Sadist. But true.

i think media just speculating , there was a news few weeks back that offset proposal files goes missing from MoD , and now media speculating that offset proposals will be submitted after downselection..
just pathatic reporting by these reporters that they seem making their own news ....

Now is the best time for Pakistan to milk other countries for tech, thanks to the WoT, but the MMRCA competition is making it much more difficult to do so!

there is no deny of tech to Pakistan , either by USA or by France....it's all about money , if pakistan agree to pay , the tech is available...
J-17 could have get franch radar but as quoted by then gernal musharaf , the price was too high..
here one should not get confuse on US militry aid to pakistan , remember pakistan can't get what thet want under this aid but US will only give those weapons under this aid which they think is suitable to fight taliban , so pakistan can't buy high tech weapons under aid program..
other then this pakistan can get whateven they wish from US, if they agree to pay from own pocket..
pakistan is not under any arm embargo ..
