That's a very strong and likely possibility, my friend. That would make a ton of sense if that's what happened.

That is a big possibility, since the first Rafales were also from the French own production line..
But one fact stands out.. it is that in 2017 ISRI report, no deliveries were mentioned.. just the order for 50!
