The fact is Putin and MFA Russia didn't even put up an acknowledgement of this rare moment (not even through twitter). i.e Dada Putin meeting Captaan Imran Khan.

This is not the first time Modi meeting Putin, they had a 2 hour long conversation on the sidelines of SCO summit, hence Modi need not follow Putin around for talks or photo OP. Simple as that, the Bhakts AFAIK didn't give much importance to this moment, but Green Bhakts do not seem to get over the rare meet.
