the issue here is more to do with brutalities again fair sex more than the acts of police. the situation will be changed only when you change your mentality and stop finding excuses for such crimes

In contrast countries like New Zealand etc have managed to successfully develop societies based on ideas of women -empowerment and equal respect for all .

It may well take several more decades for such social transformation to take place in our part of the world and it is NOT dependent on rising Economies or living standards .
