I am a bit confused here about few things
- I thought APC resolution was to give Dialogue a chance and force as a second option.
- we have had 3 major incidents after APC resolution and after dialogue offer was made to TTP, TTP never denied or condemn these attacks as some people saying this is by some other group to sabotage dialogue, in that case TTP as 2nd party to dialogue should have condemned it.
- If TTP is not responsible for these attacks and some other group is then why are we trying Dialogue with TTP, we should do it with that some other group
- We were told that TTP has links with foreign masters, why dotn we talk directly with foreigners instead
- all I know is if someone throws stone at my house I will go all out and F everyone in their immediate family, their friends and anyone they said hi to in last one year.
- I cannot understand a state showing weakness for some rouge groups

but in the end its your country do what you feel best for you, good luck
I just dont understand showing weakness in front of an enemy, how is it a good strategy

The Army will do an Operation anyways & currently the fight is on.

Many reasons for this Drama & some might make sense/may be true.

However one reason is that they got a bit of spanking from the Tal!Bans & now they're a bit careful, certainly taught them a lesson.

I think the command (civil and military) understand this and the fuss is created by the short sighted media...well ... if it is so, I see it as an excellent strategy, (not a drama) the objective should be they lay down weapons by hook or by crook

Army should and will go by the interest of state and not by the interest of so called representatives of 180 million people. In fact they are not the represent. Please see following stats against total 86.5 million registered voters.

PMLN 14 million votes i.e. 16% of registered voters and less than 9% of total public.
PPP 6.9 million votes i.e. 5.96% of registered voters and 3.83% total public
PTI 7.6 million votes i.e. 8.78% of registered voters and 4.22% total public.

Total 30.74% of registered voters and 17.05% of total population.

These politicians should think 100 times before each one independently say that they have mandate of 180 million people.

I never supported Talibans and never justified their actions. For God sake, don't associate me or anyone else with talibans just because we are asking for peace talks with TTP. Imran Khan and anyone else who wants peace talks with TTP isn't necessarily a TTP supporter. People want peace in this country, we have tried war for 9 long years and we have seen situation getting worse with every passing day as a result of continuous war. We just want to exercise an option which we haven't tried as of yet i.e. peace dialogues.

Entire APC gave a go for peace talks with TTP and you guys are blaming everything on IK and his supporters. Yes IK is more vocal as compared to others on this issue, but he's same on every other issue as well. So what's the big fuss??
