We had a chance to kill Fazlullah but NS couldn't pull the trigger. This was earlier in the year.

What sovereign state? You mean ISAF/NATO occupied Afghanistan? And even if it was a sovereign state, we have all the right to destroy the hideouts of terrorists who use that place as base and launch attacks in Pakistan. Many of you perhaps don't know that we have been doing this during PM Bhutto's time, but then it was a government (with all its shortcomings) with some spine. Even if we don't go for a military action inside Afghanistan, we can take this matter to the UNSC, we can suspend the Transit Trade Agreement (TTA), which has severely damaged our economy due to smuggling. We do have options open to us but we are so impotent that we don't want to execute none of these.
