Do not please send 2008 poverty data for BD. There is no contest that the BD poverty rate is already below 12.9%. In case of Myanmar with a very small $62 billion GDP, the poverty remains same at 26% today as it was in 2008. I am surprised , but please do not get discouraged by the BD success. You must strive hard to catch BD poverty rate. Another 50 years to do that is not a long time. See below the ADB figures:

True,Myanmar have three times the population of Sri Lanka, still they have smaller economy by a wide margin. But do not expect having some shame from the resident monkey of PDF.:P

What the monkey you are talking about? Write in clear English and not in retarded one. Myanmar is only a $62 billion GDP and its poverty rate is 26% in 2016 by ADB data. Now, without knowing what to do when you are caught red handed for sending a false data, you are crying and shouting like your Suu Kii.

That's their government data which is not credible. The World Bank doesn't include Myanmar's poverty rate due to lack of credible data.

Anyway, let's not derail this thread further.

Do you have any article or written information about this would be interesting to read.
Well, it's pre-WW2. Well, since it was declassified it had to be old. Can't foresee the diplomatic meltdown if modern era plan was declassified. Canada had Defence Scheme No. 1 against American War Plan Red.

Oh trust me. The wealth disparity has gone up by miles and the riches of Bangladesh certainly have wealth comparable to riches of India. Of course there are more number of those people in India.

You and iajdani can then tell me what minimum yearly income or accumulated wealth makes you rich in BD.

Not just rich....but "stingy" rich". Lets hear it. I will quickly show you why "13%" is then a rubbish assertion.

.
Just let it go man. You dont have to carry the burden. What you expected India to take care of Bangladeshi refugees is it. Mistakes happen the root cause of 1971 is Pakistan itself. Take responsibility and let it go.

we took the responsibility but it was very coward from the indian side.your intelligence RAW did a dirty work.you will pay back my friend.this thing will never go away like indians want.you will pay for it indians.

i didn't claim that 13% are as rich as the riches compared to india... but i did say there are many rich men who have wealth comparable to the riches in india... albeit their numbers are a lot less than indians...

seeing a ferrari or a rolls royce and for one dude even a bugatti veyron is a sight you can see in the rich neighborhoods of dhaka... and not surprising.

and then i remember that one guy who is supposedly the richest dude in bd... i believe his name is prince.... that dude lives an outlandish lifestyle.

idk how much minimum yearly income of a rich dude might be in bd... but a doctor earns around 1cr 80 lakhs provided he earns 15 lakhs per month... which is not impossible in bd... with great amounts of patients per doctor and a visiting fee ranging from 500 to a 1000...

my figure of 15 laks is the least tbh... some doctors earn a lakh or more per day.... there is just lots of patients per doctor in the country.

okay lets see what iajdani says. He is the one that said "13% are also stingy rich"

If you use a hypothetical doctor income as the threshold like you are doing... 1.8 crore BDT = about 200k USD

13% of BD people earning that means .13*170mil*200,000 income from them = 4.4 trillion USD.

Thats double India's GDP :D

So lets see what iajdani the clown has to say about it. He made this assertion, lets see him define the parameters.

always entertaining to see Pakistanis trying to cozy up to Bangadeshis, especially the ones who are equally clueless. Fortunately for their respective countries, the people who matter in BD are duly friendly with Indial and the ones in Pakistan duly scared.

pakistanis cozying up to BDs is perfectly natural as we share similar threat perception.

the fact is that the average BDis not anti pakistan..... beyond the political hyperbole of BAL no one even them takes it seriously internally even BAL themselves.....

BAL plays the pakistan card because it plays well with india and it costs BD not a lot. Pakistani banks and businessmen are doing roaring trade in BD as are the indians and all are welcome.

The subcontinent is poor and needs to concentrate on developing the economy for its people.... continuous strife keeps us back as a region.

@Mohammed Khaled

The assumption of 15 lakhs/month income is technically for only upper middle class. Then there is high class, upper high class and the ultra rich ones. For them, 15 lakhs/month is probably the amount they spend in just a weekend party at one of the big hotels. Its literally nothing for them.

The richest guy you are talking about is Musa Bin Shamsher. He runs a weapons business. However, his face corporation is the one which transfers human capital to other countries.

Read the excerpts below to know how poor this Myanmar is with only a meager $62 billion GDP and 26% poor:
our GDP is US$ 74B in 2015 according to imf ... :D
https://www.gfmag.com/global-data/country-data/myanmar-gdp-country-report

26% also a old figure... :D

show me photos of a bugatti veyron in bangladesh.. and there're less than 10 Roll Royce ( if u dont count antique ) and only 2 or 3 Farrari in the whole BD.. and u're not surprising..? o_O a big joke of the year.. :haha: may be u're wrong with Ukraine.. :D even BD's only one Audi R8 was wrecked in last week.. right..? even Pakistan has more exotic cars than BD..
