Unless you can show us some proof we shall treat you with scorn Batmannow. The only thing you have shown is articles saying that they WANT to build a prototype in year. they also wanted to do a few other things and have not yet managed them yet.

Bear in mind i am treating you like a idiot becasue you are claiming something because you want it to be true. You have ZERO evidence other than your assertion (I remember similar assertions about T-series tanks)
