Law cannot keep you incarcerated for infinity at trail stage. And the purpose of judicial detention is to get the accused investigated by the Lea 's or if there's a fear of him repeating the same offence or intimidating the witness - - - - - - - -.

And all of the above grounds were found baseless in his case. The pathetic prosecution couldn't even present a gram of a narco recovery, hence bail granted
