Wow, what dreams you people dream of!

And who will get the money for such grand projects?

Metro trains which u can't even afford to dream of is up and running in more than half a dozen cities, seven to be precise, in India (Kolkata, Delhi, Mumbai, Jaipur, Bangalore, Chennai, Gurgaon) and metro lines under construction at Hyderabad, Lucknow, Kochi, Navi Mumbai, Ahmedabad & Nagpur.

Seems a little too futuristic and unviable for mass transit.. No doubt they will find consumers for each and everything in India. I think money is better spent by adding some more coaches to Metro and expanding some stations. The crowding in rush hour is really bad. When I worked at Barakhamba Road and took the Metro home, the queue for security checks would sometimes stretch on to the streets above. But Delhi is basically doing OK, infrastructure-wise. Yes there are too many cars on the road, but this is the situation in many cities worldwide. Mumbai- however needs a lot of help if it is to emerge as a world class city.

Problem is ur not expert in searching other than Indian Poverty and toilets

I am not trolling, the metrino prt site is a blog site. And show me one example of this system functional anywhere in the world, or will India be the first?

This Gadkari is known to deliver hence he has been entrusted with all the important ministry for developing transportation.

And what about the site? A company making such impressive transport systems, have only a wordpress blog site which looks like a 15 year old kid designed it?

Its still in nascent stage, give it time they will have website for you.Anyway, having great site is not prerequisite for any great project.

Idiot, thats why its a pilot project, before implementing on grand scale.

You know meaning of "Pilot Project"?

"We will begin work within six months. It's a pilot project." Its written in the place

Well, well, 1/2 time up, tick tock......anything new Indians? Dont forget, I will be humiliating you all when full times up.

Talk about LOLWA

The same people who coughed up the money for the much more expensive Delhi metro and other metros - the Indian taxpayers.

BTW, every reality was once a dream. Including all the metros in India today, which did not exist ten years ago. "Metrino PRT" is not an Indian invention:

Metrino PRT
I don't think Indian gov is paying for the project, the company will have to bear the cost of the pilot project and earn revenue, before the gov. and put our money in it. This is how we Indian banya do business. :azn:

Currently, six cities in Poland, four in Brazil and three in India (including Delhi) have given METRINO/MISTER tentative permissions to build. These cities did not buy the system, but rather gave permission to install it and collect revenues. The inventor is therefore seeking investors.

Another one is coming up at amritsar.

a major commercial PRT system, is planned for Amritsar, India

India is not the first country. This system is already functional at 3 locations, one of them is commercial, at London’s Heathrow Airport.

Three other PRT systems have already been built internationally as pilot studies, proving the merits of this new technology. One of them is used commercially at London’s Heathrow Airport and the next development, a major commercial PRT system, is planned for Amritsar, India, which leaves little doubt that the era of PRT is round the corner.

There are several procedures like 'feasibility study' preparing of 'detailed project report' etc.We don't want this to turn into a white elephant like your metrobus

PS:I am not a fan of this project.I'am an advocate of this
