I recognize his feeling. We have a lot of growing up to do as a civilization by the way. I won't name any names because they are generally good people that mean well, but believe me I was quite shocked that night when I was invited by the former ambassador of Pakistan to Japan for a night out with his staff. Don't get me wrong, they were really nice to me, and I appreciate their hospitality, but I was a little surprised that some of the juniors were extremely drunk and hitting on random broads in the restaurant. It was somewhat embarrassing to say the least.
Listen what people do on their own time is their business, but don't you think that for public servants to misbehave in public while in the company of the whole office makes them look kind of bad?

I think we have a lot to learn in terms of how to behave with integrity, how to portray the image of educated, trustworthy people.
Perhaps lessons in samurai martial arts should be mandatory for all Pakistani public servants to teach our monkeys some discipline and moral fortitude.
