You can do Karachi by photoshop only, as it hardly have a decent skyline my dear...Yes 62% slum including Ambani 1 billion dollar home.Karachi is a regional city, while Mumbai is a world city.

Don't get too happy no matter how Mumbai grows fact will be Mumbai citizens won't have enough toilets in worlds top grown city a top fact

By the way why you people always think about toilet, as if your city is only meant for toilet !

Bahria Town, Rawalpindi...a separate town about 25 kms away from Islamabad, good, planned residential and commercial areas with different phases, has took the brunt of housing pressure from Islamabad and it is much less expensive than Islamabad as well.

Check the residential areas and home of Karachi...you won't find such homes in Mumbai. Also people tend to lives in homes with big open areas and not apartments in Karachi. Only 30% of Karachi population lives in apartments and condos.

Mumbai is land stressed, no space for horizontal expansion, main reason for vertical expansion. BTW 62% of Mumbai population lives in slums.

What will people prefer a Bungalow like shown in Karachi or an apartment shown in Mumbai...obviously people in Karachi and Lahore prefers Bungalows to apartments. In fact Lahore has no concept of apartments unlike Karachi and Islamabad.


They want open courtyards, gardens and their own roof and land, that is not possible in an apartment.
