That individual's opinion is same as Shehbaz Sharif claiming that he developed entire Pakistan. Pakistanis didn't have that kind of mentality of involving in internal affairs of others back then. It was only learned and somewhat adopted after 1971.

The ISI aren't included in 'Pakistanis'? It's all on record in a Pakistani general officer's book; not opinions, but what he saw and witnessed. Not a single opinion. And that was in 1966. One year earlier, multiple SSG companies were sent across into Indian Administered Kashmir. Pakistanis had an excess of that kind of mentality of interfering in other's internal affairs LONG before 1971.
