Ever heard of metasploit? And lets not even talk about input validation kind of bugs which usually show up in most of the sites. SQL Injection exploits can be written in minutes if not seconds.

Here is a famous joke on it

Most of the web site hacks are anyways repetitive. Find a bug in one Php module/product reused everywhere and you can hack 1000 websites in an hour or so.

Never got a chance to use Pro-version of metasploit.
That is true but sql exploits are a thing of the past XSS is the future.
