There can be dialogue for the Rohingya refugees currently in Bangladesh. But for the whole of Myanmar? No.

The whole point was the Islamists of Bangladesh (which happens to be Jamaati's) should be affronted about this killings and when they can take up violence elsewhere- why not in Burma?

As for Asean, West, China etc - don't think anyone's even bothered.
