Yah ghee roast dosa is speciality in many areas in South. It makes the whole thing very crispy...and you can make it very thin too....sometimes called paper roast dosa.

Thanks for tagging. Turkish and Arabic meat dishes, Indian and Thai veggies / wok , Japanese Sushi ...a new food everyday :)

Authentic mexican food is my new favourite now. But I keep switching that pole position hehe.

It is too spicy... I don't even eat Pakistani spicy food

Haha, you are like my sis, cant stand spicy.

I always tease her, what kind of Indian are you? :P

Whereas I love the heat and spice on food when done in balanced way.

I used to eat spicy food though not frequently but still weekly or so however during my sophomore year I started taking a lot of black coffee and that damaged my stomach so now I can't handle any strong food :(..now I have to eat gluten-free food with almost no spices.
