When the Mandate was terminated, and the State of Israel was formed, this activity was legalized.

Land belongs to whoever can show proof of ownership.
Large Arab landowners sold their property to Jews.

If the land was not used for a few years, ownership automatically
was transferred to the government.
After the law was established a lot of people were driven away
and their land was confiscated.

I think you just don't love the fact that israel and gulf states are getting closer.
Israel never had problems with arab states,the arab state had problems with israel.if it stop and wind of peace is coming it is a good thing for both arabs and israel.btw the same thing about iran,who have problems with israel and with the arabs,and this reality makes israel and arab countries work together.
Israel doesn't need the gulf states oil:
1.)israel get her oil from azerbaijan russia and kazahstan.
2.)israel have natural gas.
