About the Naxalites, I believe the Supreme Court or even the central government should have dialogue with Naxals. One precedent is that the government of the South American country of Columbia had dialogue with the leftist FARC guerrillas who had been fighting the government forces in the jungles and mountains since the 1960s just like the Naxals in India.
