An elderly dude, aged 62, puts up a good argument as to why the military should raise the minimum age to join the military to 35 instead of recruiting 18-year-olds. The argument he makes will blow your mind (and make you laugh a little).

Guy has some serious points: Why kill your next generation and not take someone who is say 25 instead of 18 yr olds who come home crying and traumatized? Let alone mentally dysfunctional?

At least America isnt fighting ANY proclaimed war just occupations they had done a while back and having a hard time letting go....

I liked the following points which sounded interesting:

1. The running part- no one can outrun a bullet...
2. The mental level of the 18 yr old to digest this
3. The vulnerability level of an 18 yr old

Kindly do not troll...But just my 2 cents worth some pondering

If you cant digest it then move on I dont have the time to educate you on manners!

1:running part is to enhance stamina(the more you practise in peace the less you bleed in war.
2:Highly qualified staff is their in issb to check the mental level of teenagers as well their valour.

He was also born century away from kids who cant be yelled at and disciplined as it is against the state's rule

2ndly he was prob more successful coz he didnt have social media as distraction nor was he comparable to todays 18yr olds in any way esp mentally

Hence why 18 yr old sharif sheep shouldnt be sent to the battle field...kids who cant distinguish a wrong order from a right who cant process and whose understanding of right and wrong isnt developed who has no grasp somethings which causes them to get mental care and strain the economy shouldnt be allowed

May be bcoz the attitude is moldable at 18 but not so at 35.
