No, no connection between orphans and marriages........Allah discussed the orphans and how to treat them and not consume their properties (unless it being used for their expenses of upbringing)....in the same breath, Allah also allowed you to marry anyone (girls) of them (upon reaching adulthood of course) but not driven by greed of their properties....and yet again in the same breath Allah also laid out the rules for multiple marriages (in general) which has nothing to do with Orphans.....

Now coming to the part of doing justice with multiple wives...... In the context of marriage "Justice" in the primary sense means to satisfy their sexual needs......so yeah if you are able to satisfy 2, 3 or 4 then by all means go for it.... "material justice" can be maintained according to each wive's individual needs or as per marriage contract.

There is no condition of permission from the previous wife or wives for additional marriages in Islam !

Even in that case, google should be your friend because it is a well known subject and openly available. Quranic verse is very explicit ...no ambiguity in that.

3 subjects discussed in the verses.
1) Do not cheat on the properties of orphans within your care(guardianship).
2) Permission for marrying the orphan girls (if you so wish).
3) Allowance for multiple marriages up to 4.

whose the witness in all of this?
Who makes sure if orphans got their share

why no discussion on orphans.

One shouldnt hurt anyone! But yes orphan would be special case that is why that example was used

I'm not talking about physical harm but like verbal fights and insults ..like you cannot cook, you can't do this or that ... because they are psychologically a lot more vulnerable due to lack of fatherly figure in their lives.

Actually as per Quran and Sunnah permission required from first wife but if someone don't take permission and marry second time, his second nikkah is lawful.

Could you please share with us the Ayah of the narration where it says permission is required? I'm sure you wouldn't make such a claim without knowledge.

I am disappointed. The least punishment for this should be 6 months jail and atleast 50,000 fine. The first wife literally block all her ways back to home when she filled the case. And now she will think all that for just 3 month jail (which he can avoid by applying for bail and pay what ? 10-20K ??) and 5000 fine ??? We seriously need to modify/rewrite our laws based on 2019. Fine for pulling chain can not remain Rs. 50-100 anymore. Its been 100 years now.
