Yes this law is the issue please go and check How many wives either get divorced and throw out of house or even murdered as they don't allow husband to remarry which results in this crap. And most who get divorced fail to remarry so you want have blood on your hands continue but this law will only make things worse and this law will be changed and we know How to get law changed Janab, those support Haram law needs to decide about whether they want to be known as those who stood against ALLAH and his RASOOL SAW in history books and their Amal Nama or not

But if guy want to marry another woman then no one can stop him. If his first wife dont give him permission then he will either tease or emotionally hurt her to the point that either she will take khulah or would give him permission unwillingly
