Not really.. The conditions are vastly different.. One does it out of choice , In most cases I know from first hand experience are college kids making an extra buck.. By few hours of taking tourists a few meters here and there.. As oppose to the other with no real option nor escape from it.. Let's not kid ourselves.. There are better ways to counter argue when ego's are hurt
