The Jammu & Kashmir police have booked a serving Army Major on charges of rape, conspiracy and blackmail of his woman colleague who committed suicide at the industrial township of Bari Brahmana in Samba district last month. The woman, also a Major, was 36. Her former husband, a businessman based in Noida, was also booked on charges of conspiracy and blackmail. However, no arrest has been made so far, police said. The last known posting of the accused, Major Anup Kumar, was Rajouri.

more rapes happen in India every day then any other country in the world. FACT


its a systemic problem in India where in illegally occupied Kashmir Indian army uses rape as tool of fear and reprising the local population.

This is tit for tat cold war between the two countries, indians leave no stone unturned to embarrass pakistan so we will do the same with the rape capital of the world campaign. Also soon you will see alot more talk in the west about the theory that India is the biggest democracy in the world, when a whole country like IOK hasn't got any rights, vote etc. furthermore the blind kids and the the thousands of half wives and half kids in IOK.

Not denying that excesses and rapes have occoured at the hands of Indian soldiers, but to say that this is the norm or a "tactic" used by India in Kashmir, you're going to have to come up with more than just words.

Stick to the topic. Do you want to discuss the rape problem in India or is this just your daily dose of venting your frustration of Pakistani inadequecies wrt to India? Its starting to sound like the latter.

You can continue to highlight what you want. Problem is that Pakistan and Pakistanis have very little moral goodwill to work with, especially when their own country has a rampant problem with rape.
And this rape is not limited to women, but includes children on a massive scale.
So please continue at your own peril. You're about to open up a can of worms.
