Thats why im keep saying since 2006 that pakistan navy should buy few destroyers so we have heavy fire power when needed we have to delt with indian aircraft carrier group i think pak navy should not be one dimensional forcd pn is very slow very slow and not wise in choosing buy less but buy heavy dont go on numbers our navy rely on boats anf 4 frigates thats it rest of ships are junk as far as im is conserned

Improved HQ-16B against the maximum range of the aircraft was increased to 75 km, is mainly achieved through an improved charge, the charge of the engine compartment lengthened to 0.17 meters, which charge more flight trajectory control software has also been improved

It is not that easy to make huge improvement in a missile of mach 3. It must be something totally different

If these are also supplied to BD than rest assured India would have gain access to these systems comprising their ability against India Vis-a-vis Pakistan.

Pakistan should be vary of obtaining military hardware that BD also procures from China.

You literally stole my words. I was about to write the SAME. If Pakistan is buying weapons from China, they may not be the same as the Chinese version, but they should ALSO not be the same as the export version. China in this regards should provide Pakistan similar access to its tech and weapons like the US provides to Israel. These are strategic relationships and the rest of the world stays away from these internal dealings between strategic allies.

PN will rely on PAF for air protection. They should have long range high altitude protection for ships and unluckily HQ9 cannot be put on small frigs! !

Yup, a long range SAM system should be one of the highest item on the shopping list and in numbers, not just one or two batteries. If you can put a ring 40-50 miles inside Pakistan, with SAMS ranging out to 80-100 miles, in a war, you could hit IAF's plane inside their territory. So its extremely important to have SAMs sort of proliferated across Pakistan and with long range.

there is a term that called battlefield requirment, IS not it possible that bd army and pak army,s requirment is same example = counter mig-29, su-30 mki etc........... and don,t you know that pakistan army supply us there MLRS, ATGM and also intersted to sell JF-17.............

Good PD needs them. I hope PD goes for Russian Pantsir-S1, Tor M1& BUK M2 as they were offered to Pakistan recently.
