What's new

Look: Pakistan’s first metro “The Orange Line Metro Train” ready to roll out

Yes I do unlike you and thats why I know these things. I use public transport for daily transport about 13 km with only a single bus. If I choose the metro (which is currently in development) I first have to go to nearest metro station in a public transport, then drop to the nearest metro station to my workplace and then again pick a public transport to my workplace. Thats 3 times changing vehicle and metro will only cover 20-30% of the route.
I am also Karachicite who lived in USA now, i know that how is the bus system in KARACHI, BIG MESS @Mujahid Memon

Sahi keh raha hai woh. Metro only works for a very limited route. If you want to provide metro to entire Karachi it will need at least 50 routes and 100 trillion $$. Karachi has one of the best public transport systems in the world. Only it needs to be under the control of government and all buses needs to be replaced espacially mini buses with full size buses. Also the entire bus system should be managed with a control system where staff would manage driver's behavior such as harsh driving, over speeding etc. It will cost only a fraction of the amount required on metros.

Joker. Stay in Punjab, it's greener on the other side of the fence more than you realize.

Buhahahahahahaha

No you didn't answer any of my questions

My first question still stands

1. How much pti federal government has given to the provincial government for Karachi?

2. What it has done to ensure that it is spent on projects and development with transparency

Answer these questions
1. PKR 45.5 billion that's roughly 300 million USD
2. is not the problem of federal government. That's up to the government that the province votes. Now go vote for Ppp and MQM, again.

People in sindh are not my responsibility. If they are happy voting for pee pee pee while their children die of hunger and malnutrition then good for them. They can continue doing that

I am paying my taxes. I pay my utility bills. I am facing inflation. I voted for Imran Khan. If he can't even show intention of doing something for my city. If he continues to disrespect my city in the manner he has done in past 15 months then he can go and f*ck himself
Remind me how you guys vote for your mayor?

Good public transport is needed in Lahore at least bcz people from small cities and pinds are heading to Lahore for work.

And there is staggering abouts of congestion both on roads and population wise.

Pakistani cities are expanding horizontally which is ruining country side and farm land. Our cities should become metropolises that expand upwards.

Karachi is maybe an exception in that regard.

1. PKR 45.5 billion that's roughly 300 million USD

This is just an announcement that pti government made in its budget speech. No proof that this money was actually transferred to sindh government

In fact that liar Imran Khan announced a bigger package than this one. Karachi us still waiting for that package

2. is not the problem of federal government. That's up to the government that the province votes. Now go vote for Ppp and MQM, again

Then what exactly is the problem of federal government? Particularly that federal government who has won 14 national assembly seats from Karachi?

Oh yeah. There duty is to speak lies, lies and more lies

Remind me how you guys vote for your MAYOR

People of Karachi rejected mayor of Karachi and his party and voted for pti in elections. PTI failed completely. End of the story.
