That's what i was thinking i mean what about his organs and skin? how his organs can live for that long?

When you can hardly see and need spoon feed and even going toilet needs help. Its no fun living that way...

I'm pretty sure a mistake was made in his birth certificate. Folks of his time simply do not live for that length of time. In the future, you will be seeing humans reaching such ages, with the advent of lab grown organs, cures for various terminal diseases and better lifestyles.

I doubt that. Where the lab grown organs are going to aid longevity, the lifestyles, wars, the genetically modified food and all type of contaminants in the food, air, water will make sure the coming race gets to live way shorter than the previous ones.
